Take A Chance

This phrase gets tossed around a lot, probably because life is short. That’s another phrase you hear a lot. Because it’s true. We never know from day-to-day what’ll happen. So you don’t we act like it? Why do we put things off until the next day, or day after that? Why don’t we take that sweet job offer? Why don’t we ask that girl out? Why don’t we eat ice cream for every meal?

Take a chance. Ask. I mean, really. What’s the worse thing you could hear? No? You have to take chances to lead an exciting life. Deep in your heart and soul you want to do things. You want to go scuba diving along the reefs in the Caribbean. You want to skydive. You want ice cream for breakfast. Do it! Take a chance and have experiences you only dreamed about.

You can’t just cross your fingers and hope for the best, when dealing with major changes. You might need to do some homework. Research that company. Weigh the pros and cons of that new car. Look at those job reviews. Read the customer reviews of that product. Taste test the ice cream flavors.

Google is your friend. Listen to your heart. Take a chance. It could be the best experience of your life and then, it could be the worst. So. You learned a lesson. Life is all about lessons.

If you’re not learning, you’re not living.

You tried. You took a chance. Good for you.

Be true to yourself.
